Please send me copies of any and all documents, records, online pages and/or GSFC website pages that illustrate or refer to
A) Language in state law and or GSFC policy or practice that excludes illegal alien students from Dual Enrollment benefits and participation.
B) Language in current law or GSFC policy or practice that provides for verification of eligibility for above.

Thank you for your request. The Open Records Act requires state agencies to respond to requests for agency records with all responsive documentation that they currently possess. However, under O.C.G.A. 50-18-71(j), “No public officer or agency shall be required to prepare new reports, summaries, or compilations not in existence at the time of the request.”
All GSFC program regulations, including those for Dual enrollment, are made available to the public on our website here: Programs and Regulations | Georgia Student Finance Commission.
The Georgia Student Finance Commission is not the custodian records for the Official Code of Georgia Annotated. Accordingly, the Commission has no records responsive to the request for the Georgia statute. The Georgia Code may be reviewed, free of charge, on the Georgia General Assembly website here: Georgia General Assembly (ga.gov).
Otherwise, the Commission does not have any records corresponding specifically to your request and is prohibited from conducting legal research or providing legal advice to members of the public.
