Pro-enforcement Immigration Watchdog Group Files Suit Against SPLC
Donor-funded non-profit works to honor legal Immigration system
The Georgia-based Dustin Inman Society (DIS) has filed a defamation complaint in federal court calling for the Southern Poverty Law Center to retract concocted and baseless accusations of “anti-immigrant hate” and to publish an apology.
“With the full knowledge that we are a coalition made up of Americans of diverse descriptions – including proud immigrants – the SPLC has repeatedly spread false and libelous accusations that DIS is somehow an “anti-immigrant hate group,” said DIS founder and president D.A. King. “While we educate Georgians on the need for state legislation aimed at deterring the organized crime of illegal immigration in Georgia, the SPLC has worked against passage of such measures as anti-enforcement lobbyists in the Georgia Capitol.”
The complaint, which includes Mr. King as a Plaintiff, was filed in the Middle District of Alabama on April 27, 2022.
Inventing and peddling “hate groups” apparently pays very well. With nearly $600 million in assets the SPLC maintains over $160 million in offshore accounts, according to filings reported by the Washington Free Beacon. In 2019, the SPLC was rocked by internal allegations of racism and sexual harassment.
Like most extremist groups that work against immigration enforcement, the wealthy SPLC strives to confuse the public and erase the line between illegal aliens and real immigrants who join the American family lawfully. “As we have made clear for seventeen years, we take a Barbara Jordan approach to immigration” added Mr. King.
In February, 2020 DIS held an event titled “Honoring Immigrants: A Pro-enforcement Conversation on Immigration.”According to the SPLC, activities like this and advocating for secure borders and enforcement of American immigration laws constitutes “anti-immigrant hate” and “vilifying all immigrants.” DIS board member Inger Eberhart says her favorite illustration of the SPLC hate mongering was a 2015 post on NRO, ‘The Southern Poverty Law Center: Part Karl, Part Groucho.’
Founded in 2005 with personal funds, the Dustin Inman Society was named after a Woodstock, GA youth who is forever sixteen years-old after he was killed by an illegal alien in 2000.

Chatham County illegal alien sentenced to prison for luring teen into sexual activity
SAVANNAH, GA: An illegal alien has been sentenced to a decade in federal prison after pleading guilty to luring a teen into participating in sexual activity.
Alejandro Pedroza-Romero, a/k/a “Zuleyka Luna,” a/k/a “Alex Luna,” 37, a citizen of Mexico illegally present in the United States who resided in Garden City, Ga., was sentenced to 120 months in prison after pleading guilty to Coercion and Enticement, said David H. Estes, U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Georgia. After completion of his prison term Pedroza-Romero will be subject to deportation.
There is no parole in the federal system.
“Alejandro Pedroza-Romero flaunted the sovereignty of the United States by illegally entering, and then preyed on vulnerable victims on American soil,” said U.S. Attorney Estes. “Putting him behind bars automatically protects children from this predator.”
As described in court documents and testimony, Pedroza-Romero came to the attention of the Thunderbolt, Ga., Police Department in January 2021 when a minor victim reported Pedroza-Romero paid the victim for sexual acts. FBI agents later interviewed and arrested Pedroza-Romero after analyzing multiple electronic communications between Pedroza-Romero and the minor victim.
“This case is a perfect example of how partnerships between the FBI and our local law enforcement agencies are vital in protecting our citizens and in particular, children, our most vulnerable citizens,” said Keri Farley, Special Agent in Charge of FBI Atlanta. “The severity of this sentence is the greatest message we can send to anyone who would seek to take advantage of a child in this way.”
The case was investigated by the FBI and the Thunderbolt Police Department, and prosecuted for the United States by Assistant U.S. Attorneys Jennifer J. Kirkland and Project Safe Childhood Coordinator Tara M. Lyons, with assistance from Assistant U.S. Attorney Noah J. Abrams.

Future voters? Biden administration has released over 836,000 illegal aliens into the U.S. – plus 600,000 “got-aways”
News:
United States
- Immigration
The Biden administration has released over 836,000 illegal immigrants into the United States interior since Joe Biden took office, according to Rep. Tom McClintock (R-CA). That figure is larger than the population of North Dakota. As reported by Breitbart News, the information was revealed during a House Judiciary Committee hearing on Thursday while questioning Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas. McClintock also noted that 600,000 illegal aliens had entered the U.S. undetected since January 2021. At the current rate, that means there will be over 3 million (new) illegal aliens in the US by the end of Biden’s term, about the same population as Arkansas and more people than the city of Chicago.
